INVIGORATE INSULATE AWAKEN INTEGRATE

Oct 29th 1:30-6:30 at http://www.inlet.yoga/ In this intensive we will open with a brief dialog on our nervous system/mind, the physics, physiological, pragmatic and mystical capacities of the Potent practices of Breath work and Meditation and their relevance in our over all well-being and the management of ourselves and our daily lives. We will also cover why these practices are more pertinent now than ever.We will then use articulate, formal and functional means to Prepare ourselves to “Sit” and Oriente and Organize ourselves with Nevines Territorial Wisdom of The Magic Square.

We will dive into an invigorating, alchemizing, transformative Pranayama Practice

woven with The Golden Thread and internal Circuit Meditations, deliniating and integrating our interior. Beautifully primed, we will dissolve our effort of doing into our alert, graceful, expansive interior of being, naturally riding our Oceanic breath with subtle guidance into the realm of each of our senses and the everything around us. Form to formless to form.

Final 2 hours will be a lively insightful communal lab for the teachers! We will review, and break down, work with hands on adjustments for You and your students prior and during pranayama and sitting and plenty of time for inquiry!

This intensive is part of Inlets 200 hr TT though everyone is welcome. A perfect opportunity for the community to familiarize themselves with the unique, pragmatic,  mystical synthesis that is Katonah Yoga® as well fortuitous for teachers and practitioners considering the upcoming 30 Hour Katonah Yoga® Training in November at Inlet Yoga.

All hours with Ivy go toward your 200 hour Katonah Yoga® Certification.
