We will break down ongoing You "As Whole" In Now time while simultaneously preparing ourselves for and delving deeply into the Promise, Power, Purpose and Medicine of Spring.

From the specificity and certainty in number, geometry, pattern music and measure, to the intelligence and pragmatic mysticism of Tao, Natural and Neuro Sciences and the Mediation of Polarity, we will work with our bodies, breath, minds imaginations, senses, emotional realm and our lives, as we Oriente and Organize ourselves in Space and Time, Formalize our Fit to Up our Function, Use and Unify the Universal and the Personal and Codify whereby Liberating ourselves. Distilling this and more into pragmatic tools and multidisciplinary techniques which bring it all into You where it is designed to be Worn, Used, Lived, and In-Time Embodied, lessening the great chasm between Mind, Body, Self, Other, Life, Light.

In an Aim of becoming more Evenly Developed Freely Functional Safe, Sane, Certain, Resourceful,  Graceful/Fierce Human Beings, Simultaneously finding Ourselves Unified in our Vast Commonality and in Curiosity and Celebration of our Innate Unique Difference.

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: An articulate, interactive somewhat rigorous, as Spring calls for nothing less, Communal practice, positioned next to some long slow and steady holds, everything building our stamina and endurance. All will be threaded with plenty of theoretically related and Spring Material and Techniques to Clean House and tend well to the Spring Organs of the Liver and Gallbladder. In this season of Birth Ascension and Development, our theme will be to refine and strengthen our Roots so we can rise in Ourselves Again and Again just as is happening in Nature. Alongside we"ll jump, bend, twist and even shout lol (as is the sound for Spring!) We will weave our work with breathing techniques as we go along to sweep clean, invigorate and renew and do some powerful seated Balancing NeuroScience breath to clear out stored CO2 from the Winter and re train ourselves for Long fluid exhalations to shift into our parasympathetic nervous system to work with our fight and flight (anxiety) and open the way for better digestion, deep sleep and good waking chill.

THIS WILL ALL BE CIRCLED UP IN A WELL EARNED STILL LAYING DOWN DIRECTED MEDITATION OF NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest) an evolution of Yoga Nidra, as we reoriente/organize; recalibrate, integrate, deeply Rest/Reset and be fed by Springs Intelligence, Medicine, Magic while you InVision your new self in the making as an Offering to You and to Spring.  I will make time for your questions.

A QUICKIE OVERVIEW OF SPRING: Spring is the birthing season, the time for development and creation in Nature and in You. it is the Quintessential Opportunity to BEGIN AGAIN. It is the time to clean out, lighten up and make room for the new. Spring is the wood element, which governs all living growing trees, plants and the human being. It is the strengthening of the roots, the trunk, the limbs, the joints. A Spring well done sets you up for the year to come and heightens your capacity for mental and emotional clarity and management, decision making, discernment, endurance and liberation. It is the beginning of the Seasonal Arc that carries us through the next year of our lives. It is the shift from the Yin, into being greatly influenced and dominated by the Yang.

The primary organ for Spring is the Liver. The liver has over 500 functions, we'll focus on a few: The Liver is your endurance in life, the master laboratory of the body. It is in charge of dispersion and dredging: It is largely responsible for the regulation of emotion, the specific emotion that it governs is our anger. Repressed / Overexpressed, affects its functionality and even causes damage. The liver governs digestion and absorption, the Smooth circulation of qi and blood, as well as our reproductive function. The liver houses the hun, One of the Five Faces of Spirit in the Chinese System. The hun is essential to our spiritual and psychological dynamic, as well as the knowing and having the capacity to pursue who we are and why we came here. The hun is most closely related to the Western perspective of Soul. Lastly, the liver is connected to our eyes, their physiological function as well as our capacity for Vision in all its forms. (Insight, Outsight, Peripheral Vision, Hind and Foresight and an unobstructed View Of NOW)

Lastly I will include a potent Super tasty Spring Cleanse! (not a fast) it is Awesome and it Works Wonders

I hope you will join us!  Everyone is Welcome This work is for beginners as well as Advanced Practitioners and Teachers Happy Spring Love and Cheers Ivy
